After completing your registration and our onboarding team verifies your application, you will have full access to the Clover portal. We make money through the Clover Success Fee, a modest commission only paid if you transact with one of our sellers.
Clover rewards your business via our loyalty program, Clover Points. These loyalty points can be used to procure advanced market research, consultancy or they may be allocated to one of our chosen charities. You can earn Clover points by: Transacting with a seller on our platform. Participating in our network. Referring your peers to Clover. Attending webinars with our sellers.
No, any contracts or payments arranged with the seller are directly between your company and them. Clover is not a reseller. Using Clover’s smart-matching technology, we find you the best-fit seller or sellers (which is typically 2 or 3 vendors based on your requirements), then connect you with the seller(s) via our handshake portal. This is where you can proceed with any advanced technical or commercial discussions.
The focus is technology solution providers and covers areas
including Cloud, Data, AI, Software Development, together
with DR, Collaboration, Connectivity, Data Centre, Cyber
Security and more. Right now, there are 25 vendors on the
platform, but we expect that to grow to c.100 during 2025.
The majority of vendors are recommended to us by clients that
have received a great service. We have our own clover vetting
process which focuses on those vendors relevant to the UK
financial services market. We then encourage members to
provide their own reviews. This means you can find out who
has used them and have a 121 chat to get real world views and
experiences before ever speaking to the vendor.
Reviews and ongoing client feedback are critical components
of the QA processes, but the platform also reintroduces the
somewhat lost concept of vendor users groups, in which
clients and vendor reps contribute real world input on their
delivery, capabilities and capacity, features and competitor
movements.
This closed community is dedicated to Financial Services IT

There will never be a charge for the clover service for
individual SLC community members. In the future, there is a
roadmap for advanced monitoring and analytics of vendors
(ITOps) that will be optional and chargeable. Bespoke
vendor review services can be requested and this will also
be chargeable
